The DrinksDriver is a delivery only service. |

All orders shall be delivered in sealed containers or bottles. |

Delivery shall only be made to verified residential addresses and for intended consumption at home. |

All orders must be checked and signed for upon delivery, once a delivery has been signed for any discrepancies or breakages will no longer be the responsibility of The DrinksDriver Ltd. |

All orders will be paid by either credit/debit card or cash. Cheques will not be accepted. |

The DrinksDriver operates under Challenge21 guidelines. You may be asked for photo id to prove you are over 18. Any recipient of a delivery who does not comply with this scheme will be refused delivery and a record kept. |

All first time and cash customers will be confirmed by photo id. |

The DrinksDriver will refuse service to anyone who is or seems to be drunk. |

No credit card information will be retained by The DrinksDriver Ltd. |

Contact details held by The DrinksDriver will not be given to any third parties. |

We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel a delivery at any time without giving a reason. |
